Hi, My name is Conor McBride.
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer based in downtown Toronto where I run my own solo practice.
I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Maintenance/Recovery Massage and Relaxation Massage,
As well as 1-on-1 personal training, group training, online fitness coaching & personal fitness programming

Massage therapy is a therapeutic hands-on technique that involves manipulation of the superficial and deeper layers of muscles and soft tissue in order to enhance function, aid in healing, promote relaxation and well-being.
Personal Training
Personal training is a customized fitness service designed to help you reach your specific goals, whether it’s building strength, losing weight, or improving overall fitness. I’ll create a tailored workout plan, guide you through exercises with proper form, and provide motivation and support to keep you on track.
Postural Assessment & Massage
Free 15 minute postural assessment included on the first appointment. Assess posture and movement patterns to determine areas of tension, tightness, or weakness. Based on the assessment results a massage treatment and plan will be made to target specific areas.
